My Furry Assistant . . .

. . . Anything ring shaped and he throws it over his head - what's he like? I adore him - it's his birthday next month; and the third Weimaraner I've owned - really lovely dogs; and like I said - he's my 'furry assistant' . . . His Grandma bought him the toy lifebuoy BTW . . .

I'm at Miniatura in less than two weeks, so you may not hear from me for a little while - "what's new?" I hear you say LoL! Enjoy St. Paddy's Day! and, remember - 'Never iron a four leaf clover, because you don't want to push your luck' . . . author unknown {:O)

Pancake Day's Long Gone - Easter's On Its' Way . . . !?!

Yes, I did make pancakes on Shrove Tuesday; and here's the proof - I had given myself a treat of a 'proper' crepe pan; and it cooks them to a treat! Scrummy . . . yep, I know I havebn't been around of late, but I have a show (at the risk of repeating myself from the 'other blog') you'll already know that {:O)

How can Easter be so close?!

Where Did The Snow Go . . . ?

I guess it's OK to post a snow pic now, seeing as we're all over it LoL! Personally I LOVE it, but England doesn't seem to cope well with snow at all! Unbelievable really, this day and age . . .

This was the first fall we had, mid December . . . then it got worse!

Have You Seen The Muffin Man . . . Or Woman . . . ?

I know, I've been away aaaaaages; and I'm sorry, but short of repeating what I said in my 'mini blog' - well, I'm here now {:O)

I've taken to the odd spot of home baking now and then; and thought you might like to see one of the Apple & Cinnamon Muffins I made . . . which were deeelish BTW; and I also made some cinnamon butter to accompany them . . . quick zap in the micro with the the muffin to warm it through, a goodly dollop of the cinnamon butter - and voila! The butter melts into the muffin . . . instant gratification of the tatsebuds . . . scrummy!

Do you like the little platter? It's a saucer really, didn't want to juggle a tea plate down from the cupboard. It's part of an antique tea service that's been passed down through the family; and as I seemed to be the only one who liked it - yes - it came to me . . . the cups have a red interior and each setting has different coloured polka dots! So twee . . . anyhow, here's the muffin . . . tadaaaah!

Shrove Tuesday next week . . . pancakes!!!
